TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions apply to all online purchases that include a training course, a seminar + exam, an exam, or an online course.

GLOSSARY

PRICE PER SESSION

This term refers to the price of a single training course, in other words, it indicates the price that a single person pays for the seminar + exam, an exam, or a specialized training course.

BOOKING, PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION

– Course prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking, before the payment is processed. Quoted prices include VAT.

– Course discounts can only be applied at the time of booking, before payment is made. Discounts will not be offered retrospectively. Multiple discounts cannot be applied to the same transaction.

– Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A booking confirmation and an invoice will be sent via email after full payment has been received by MYOB. Please contact us if you have not received the booking confirmation and invoice within one business day of payment.

COURSE PRE-REQUISITES

It is important to fully meet all the requirements set out before undertaking the training, as the time is not intended to cover knowledge gaps outside the course. For these reasons, we kindly ask you to carefully read the technical sheets of each training product to understand whether a specific course has specific prerequisites.

CANCELLATION AND BOOKING TRANSFERS

The following policy applies to all cancellation requests received by us involving training courses, seminars, or online seminars:

  • -

    10 or more working days before the course - a full refund is provided.

  • -

    From 5 to 9 working days before the course - a credit corresponding to the full course price is provided.

  • -

    From 1 to 4 working days before the course - a credit corresponding to 50% of the total course price is provided.

  • -

    No refund or credit is available if the cancellation notice is received on the day of the course or due to non-attendance.

The following policy applies to all booking transfer requests received by us involving training courses, seminars, or online seminars:

  • -

    5 or more working days before the course – transferring to an alternative course is allowed without additional fees.

  • -

    From 1 to 4 working days before the course – a 50% credit of the original course price will be applied to the booking of an alternative course.

  • -

    No refund or credit is available if the cancellation notice is received on the day of the course or due to non-attendance.

Transfers of bookings from one person to another are allowed, provided that the change is communicated before the course begins and the modification is received.

CANCELLATION OF THE COURSE BY AVIOTRACE SWISS

Aviotrace Swiss reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, any type of course. In case a course is canceled, participants will be contacted by us to arrange a transfer to another date. Alternatively, a full refund of the course cost will be available upon request. Aviotrace Swiss does not take any responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, accommodations, deposits, or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations.

COPYRIGHT

Aviotrace Swiss training materials, including online manuals, personal or classroom materials, and training exercises, are protected by copyright and cannot be used by you or any other party without our explicit permission.

PRIVACY

Aviotrace Swiss collects, discloses, and uses your personal data to provide the products and services you have requested and associated support, respond to your inquiries or feedback, and promote products and services offered by Aviotrace Swiss and its third-party affiliates. Aviotrace Swiss may collect personal information from you, from public sources such as social media websites, and from third parties that provide Aviotrace Swiss with marketing products. To do this, Aviotrace Swiss may provide your personal information to its affiliated companies and third parties to whom Aviotrace Swiss delegates functions. These entities may be located in Italy and China or other countries. If you do not provide your personal data, it may affect Aviotrace Swiss's ability to do business with you.

You consent to Aviotrace Swiss collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data for the purposes outlined above.
